Activities
As part of the University’s Whole Institution Transformation initiatives and holacracy management, several Special Task Forces have been set up at the University level to allow for more inclusivity in terms of the University’s administration and management.
These Special Task Forces have been assisting the University especially in dealing with issues that are of critical in nature as well as in resolving long-standing issues. The membership of these Special Task Forces consists of IIUM staff from various KCDIOM, and from both the academic and administrative categories.

ABOUT SEJAHTERA LEADERSHIP
A collaboration project between IIUM and Akademi Kepimpinan Pengajian Tinggi (AKEPT) under the AKEPT Certification Award (ACE) programme on Sejahtera Leadership. The objective of this study is to explore further the Sejahtera Framework and eventually incorporate values/ Sejahtera elements in the 15 leadership competencies already developed by AKEPT for the National Top Talent (NTT) pool. These NTT are potential successors to lead Higher Institutions.
Series of Focus Group Discussion will be conducted to gather information from different perspectives to address the need to a value-based Leadership competencies.
