The IIUM Retirees Club (Persatuan Pesara University Islam Antarabangsa Malaysia - PESUIAM) is established with the following goals

To organise programs and activities that are education oriented toward producing quality generations and contributing towards nation building
To organise recreational activities for the under privileged such visits, exercises, sports and community works
