Requirements
- Diploma in Science / Chemistry in relevant field recognised by the Government, from any local institutions of higher learning or equivalent qualification.
- Good knowledge of English in communicating and writing.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office systems, and of electronic databases and Web sites.
- Good knowledge and interest of science related items/equipment, topics/issues, policies, procedures, operations, standard requirements (MS ISO 45001:2018 and MS ISO 14001:2015), rules/acts, safety etc. would be an advantage.
- Good experiences in staff management, office/laboratory/clinical administration, procurement/purchasing procedures, office/laboratory safety, quality management systems etc. would be an advantage.
- Have high level of motivation, disciplined, pleasant personality and good interpersonal skill.
- Able to work in a team, committed and dedicated to work.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Possess positive working attitude and resourceful with initiative and drive.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens.
LANGUAGE QUALIFICATION
All candidates must have obtained Credits (at least C) for Bahasa Malaysia and English (including oral examination) in Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) level or equivalent qualification recognised by the Government.

Requirements
LECTURER (GRADE DUF45) - for Dept. of Pharmacy Practice
- Pharmacist registered with the Pharmacy Board Malaysia; and
- Possess at least a master degree or equivalent in relevant field from University recognised by Government, specializing in Clinical Pharmacy/Pharmacy Practice
- Minimum of one (1) year or working experience in Pharmacy Practice/Clinical Pharmacy arears
- Will need to pursue PhD within 2 years of appointment
- Malaysian only
Language Qualification
Candidate must have obtained :-
i. Credits in Bahasa Malaysia and English Language (including oral examination) at Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia level or equivalent qualification recognised by the Government.
ii. IELTS Band 6 / MUET Band 4. Candidate without any of these qualification will be required to sit for the IIUM English Language Proficiency Test.

ASSISTANT PROFESSOR (GRADE DUF51) - for Dept. of Pharmacy Practice
· PhD in Pharmacy Practice/Clinical Pharmacy or equivalent from a recognised university.
- Holder of basic degree in Pharmacy from a recognised university by Pharmacy Board of Malaysia or Malaysia Government
- Minimum three (3) years of working experience in Pharmacy Practice/Clinical Pharmacy areas especially in Pharmacoecnomics, Pharmacy management and Pharmacoinformatics
- Experience in research and publication
- Malaysian only
- Proficient in English language
Language Qualification
