Steps for KOD Online Venue Booking

1. Open Venue Management System (VMS) [here] to check availability of the venue (can be opened only with IIUM network).  
2. Please select available venue, and kindly enter your event details [here] for booking.

Note:

1. Approval (Signature) must be obtained from the Director of Kulliyyah/Dept./Centre
2. Please follow-up with Administration Office at least 2 days after submitting the form.
3. All applications for booking must be made in 5 Working Days prior to the function date.
4. Late application, incomplete form or application without proper approval will not be entertained.
5. Any postponement/cancellation of the request must be informed and an new application needs to be submitted.
6. Document(s) of the programme/programmes approval must be attached.

To book KOD Auditorium, please fill-in Auditorium Booking Form and submit to Br. Hisyam (ext. 2931, handphone: +60 13-971 5190).
