1. Strategic responsible for all research functions, including government and industry partnerships and research training
2 Oversees the research and innovation projects within the University's Strategic Plan to ensure the University is meeting its objectives in relation to research and innovation.
3 Responsible for the operation of the University's research related divisions as well as the Information Technology Division and Library.
