CENTRE FOR ISLAMIC ECONOMICS

In line with the vision and mission of the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM), the Centre for Islamic Economics (CIE), formerly known as Islamic Economics and Policy Research Unit (IEPRU),serves as a network collaborator linking research, training and consultancy activities, expanding the contribution of the Kulliyyah of Economics and Management Sciences (KENMS) to the community in one of the IIUM designated niche areas of Islamic economics and related areas.

CIE also trains professionals and supports research and consultancy that integrate ethics and economics based on the Islamic world view.
