Dear All Students

IIUM Convocation Awards are the prestigious awards that are presented to the best graduates during the IIUM convocation ceremony. This year, on top of University nominations, we are pleased to invite eligible graduating students for this coming IIUM Convocation (inclusive of graduating students who are currently enrolled in Sem. 3, 2016/2017) to self-nominate themselves.

The eligibility/criteria for self-nomination are as printed in the self-nomination form.

Interested students are required to complete the following forms accordingly:-  

• Self-Nomination Form for IIUM Convocation Award (Postgraduate)
• Self-Nomination Form for IIUM Convocation Award (Undergraduate)
• Self-Nomination Form for BUDI (Virtue) Award (Undergraduate)

The forms are available at the following offices:-  

• Office of Deputy Dean (Postgraduate)
• Office of Deputy Dean (Student Affairs)
• University Centre for Community Engagement (BUDI) - BUDI (Virtue) Award

The forms are also available for download from the following website:

• http://iium.edu.my/centre/cps

The duly completed form must be submitted to the respective office of the Kulliyyah before 4:00 pm on 29^th June 2017/ Friday.   

Any late submission will not be entertained.
