NOTICE TO CLEAR UP PAYMENTS FOR SUMMONS AND FEES

Assalamualaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh dear students,

May Allah swt grant you in the best of all.

This is an important and urgent notice about outstanding fees/summons by students as of 31st May 2018.  

Note that if you have outstanding fees or/and unsettled matters (e.g. surrender your room key) or/and unpaid summons related to Mahallah and Security Units, please make payment BEFORE/ON 9th June 2018 (Saturday).  

Consequences

For graduating students, without the payments clearance, your access to iMaalum will be blocked and your name will not be in the graduating list for kulliyyah intake. 

For returning students, without the payments clearance, you will not be able to view your exam results and you will have difficulties when you came for new semester registrations. You will only get a room after you show the receipt of the payment.

Method of Payment

Payment can be made by depositing into the University's account at any Bank Muamalat Malaysia Berhad (BMMB) branch counter at the following account number:

Only cash payment through bank counter is acceptable.  Any mode of payment via Cash Deposit Machine (CDM), ATM Transfer, Online Banking and Cheque are not allowed.

For returning students, you are required to bring along related receipts/documents/original copy of bank in slip (CFS IIUM copy) as proof of your payment during the registration day.  Failing to submit, it is assumed that no payment has been made.  You can also pay at a Finance counter during the registration day.

For graduating students, you are required to email br hasif the receipt.
