Inclusive education has  recently received more attention in higher education since the launching of the Ministry of Higher Education’s Guidelines on Implementing Disability Inclusion in Higher Learning Institutions on 5 September 2019. There has been an increase in the number of enrollment of students with disabilities in universities, generally from among those who do not have intellectual disabilities. 

Can students with intellectual disabilities also be enrolled in higher learning institutions?

What are the best practices on disability inclusion from the Malaysian and Australian experiences?
