The year 2014 breaks our own history with the SME-University Internship Programmewhere for the first time in our 5 years of participation in the programmewe had won the Second-Runner Up in the SME- University Internship 2014 Championship.
COLLABORATION AGREEMENT BHIC - IIUM 2014

International Islamic University of Malaysia (IIUM) has signed a Collaboration Agreement (CA) with BHIC AllliedDefenceTechnology Sdn. Bhd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Boustead Heavy Industries Corporation (BHIC) to collaborate on research and development (R&D) particularly for activities in the area of naval combat management system and C2 System Building.
The collaboration agreement is entered with a driven goal to further endeavor industrial collaboration with local leading industry that shall enable knowledge transfer of IIUM research in the field of engineering, ICT and smart administration together with the aim to discover opportunities for internship placement/industrial training as well as staff attachment related to the collaborative activities.

The Office of Industrial Links, in collaboration with Talent Corp Malaysia had organized an event which has been awaited by all, especially for those who are going for internship in order to fulfill their course requirement. This event, called the Internship Market Day 2014 had taken place on 1stand 2ndof December in Culture Activity Centre (CAC) of IIUM. More than 15 companies from variety of job fields had came to offer internship applications to the students.
