SUB UNITS 

1) Administration and Quality Unit (AQU)

2) Welfare Management Unit (WMU)

3) Vehicle Management Unit (VMU)

     

Units Function  

1)   ADMINISTRATION AND QUALITY UNIT (AQU)  

  • Responsible for staffing requirement
  • In charge of staff training and development
  • Plan, Monitor and control operating budget
  • Responsible for staff welfare
  • Manage general administration of STADD Office which include:

1) Office cleanliness and environment    
2) Stationeries & Supplies
3) Safety and Security of the office

  • Organise division’s special programme i.e.: Client’s Day, Eid Gathering, Health and Wellness Programme, Motivational and Spiritual Enhancement Programme and etc.
  • Responsible for all matters pertaining to quality
  • Secretariat for:

1) Council of Principals and Fellows
2) Training for Principals and Fellows 
3) Selection and appointment of Principals and Fellows
4) STADD Safety and Health Committee



Function

  • To organise credited co-curricular activities and programmes for the undergraduate students:
    1. inculcating specific skills,
    2. offering courses for the development of comprehensive personality,
    3. providing platform for leadership skills and talents,
    4. inculcating spiritual values to integrate Iman, 'Ilm and 'Amal
  • To manage the credited co-curricular modules and trainings:
    1. establishing effective management system,
    2. maintaining the record of registration and assessment,
    3. preparing timetable and venue,
    4. preparing the LTIF for the delivary of the modules

* LTIF = Lecturers/Trainers/Instructors/Facilitators
